Grassroots Network of the Republican Party of Virginia

Before our Republic gained independence, there was an American Army protecting it. The Continental Army was born 235 years ago today, and earned its place in history by defeating the British Army, which was then regarded as the world's most powerful land force. They weren't strong enough to keep Americans in chains, and God willing, no one will ever be able to do so.

Today we celebrate the 235th Birthday of the US Army, in which I had the privilege to serve for 23 years.

May God bless the United States of America, and God bless our warrior-guardians in the US Army.

One Team, One Fight!

Sincerely,

May the Republic's Army always stand tall against all enemies, foreign and domestic! And when we were young men, we took an oath then we have never been relieved from. . . Our Republic is directly threatened today by an invasion of illegal aliens. Our troops are assisting on the southern border and more may be necessary. There may come a day when our warrior-guardians will be called upon to defend all fifty states against the growing illegal alien invasion. Even today, Governors may call upon state militia to defend their sovereign states. This sounds like a rerun of American history in earlier centuries but it may be our future too. Our Constitution, the one we swore to uphold and defend in that oath so many years ago has never been under such serious threat as today. American military veterans need to think about what that means today. We need to get active in conservative politics in our communities, our Commonwealth of Virginia, and our Nation. The Nation needs Republican leadership with military experience to understand what really is at risk.

God Bless America!
