Mullins vs. Stanley for RPV Chair
Since Mullins has been elected Interim Chairman of RPV does he have to resign his post as Louisa County Chairman or do the Rules cover this situation? Stanley, Chairman of Franklin County Republicans, has filed his paperwork today.
Also, are we to assume from McDonnell's supportive statement Saturday that he will be or has already endorsed Mullins' candidacy?

It is my opinion that McDonnell should not be interjecting his voice or influence in who is chosen as the next VA R Chair, just as he hurt himself in getting involved in the Frederick fight. Shouldn't this pick be up to the people, without undue influence?
