The letter I'm referring to is the one by Gene Ruminski, near the bottom of the page.

Quoting:
"The pettiness of the charges leveled against deposed Virginia GOP Chairman Jeff Frederick are reflective of what has been the problem with the Virginia Republicans' State Central Committee (SCC) for lo, these many years. Get real. Small minds create small results. Contemplating your navels while Virginia turns blue is not the answer."
