Henrico County Republican Committee
Since its founding, the Henrico County Republican Committee has worked diligently in cooperation with the Republican Party of Virginia to organize Republican grassroots activities throughout the county.
The members of the committee have been very successful in electing Republican candidates for public office. Four of five county supervisors are Republicans, as are five of eight delegates, two of three state senators, the Commonwealth's Attorney, the Sheriff, and the Clerk of Circuit Court. Though technically nonpartisan, four of five school board members and all three elected directors of the Soil and Water Conservation Board are members of our committee.
Such success is due to a combination of factors: excellent executive level leadership, a strong commitment to the values of the Republican Party, a well-organized volunteer network, and frequent membership activities which fosters fellowship among the many members with each other and the county's elected representatives.
With a current membership of about 300 individuals, the Henrico County Republican Committee is second in size only to Fairfax County among Republican units in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
This group does not have any discussions yet.
