Fancy seeing you here Russell. I joined the Hispanic Coalition and LNRC to see what is shaking in the "Hispanic community" even thought I H8 labels. I think I'm the only brown guy in the Committee and there should be more.

Discussions, both forum and blog (perhaps for more matured issues and writers), are excellant venues for strengthening our understanding of the issues and each other, all while strengthen our mutual respect and rapport. The skill and competence we develop here are essential for winning our neighbors to our cause, or at least for earning their respect and affection, rather than increasing their alienation from us and their commitment to the opposition.

Those skills can serve to save our party and republic from further decline.

I understand that a larger volume of discussion and larger pool of talent to interact with is important for our development also. For that reason I am going to ask rpvnetwork.org for the ability to permanently crosslink this site with http://www.gop.com/index.php/site/states/virginia , http://www.rpv.org , http://www.rpvnetwork.org, http://www.rpvnetwork.org/group/republicanpartyofvirginiabeach and http://www.rpvb.org.

Perhaps it is feasible to mirror the sites with each other so that no skill displayed or insight uncovered will be lost to our community. I will ask and let you know what we discover.

Closing http://republican.meetup.com/592/ should reduce the fragmentation a little.

Good afternoon all, Russell P. Davis here.
I picked up ownership of the web site, "Hampton Roads Republican Party Meetup" at http://republican.meetup.com/592/ so that its 137 members might not become lost when the meetup lapsed.
I have no intention of retaining ownership more than this one month.
My thoughts are that all our needs being met by the meetup site could be met beter if everyone joined
http://www.rpvnetwork.org/group/republicanpartyofvirginiabach
and the meetup site was closed.

We would likely get more talent in our discussions also and the talent in our group might better benefit the whole Commonwealth.
