Delegate Bob Marshall has come under attack for trying to stop the taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood. A response to the Gainsville Times article has been posted to the Citizen-Patriot blog. Please visit the blog and post a comment supporting Bob

"Common Sense Virginia" has been running attack ads against McDonnell. They are not even affiliated with Virginia - they are progressives looking to disrupt state elections all over the country. Guess where their funding comes from...

“Common Sense Virginia” is funded by the Democratic Governors Association. National unions have donated over $1 million to the Democratic Governors Association this year alone.*

John Gress- Thank you for your terrific efforts. Periello must go. Is it true that Virgil Goode may run against him again in 2010? I pray that is the case.

I heard on local talk radio (Joe Thomas) had said last week that at least one Charlottesville city council seat will be open in the next election. A democrat is not seeking re-election. He said that there are at least 2 democrats that will run to fill the seat, but, there are no Republican challengers. Do you know anyone from Charlottesville that would be willing to step up to the plate? I think 2010 will be a banner year for Republicans, even in that very liberal city.

Word has it that Congressman Perriello isn’t supporting HR 450 Let's e-mail him at VA05TPIMA@mail.house.gov to give him a much needed reality check.
You can read the bill here

Greetings,
As the director of the Blue^Ridge Conservative Coalition I have formed a local - 5th District wide activist org to keep everyone informed about our Congressman Tom Perriello's activities inside and out of the halls of Congress - to hold him accountable while wishing him well in his single term of office and preparing for the election of his successor. The groups name is FLUSH TP and our logo is a roll of toilet paper. There is no web site or face book page as of yet but for now I'll be directing voters in the 5th district to this site. I am also the editor of a weekly on line news and commentary digest called the Clarion which has action alerts and the latest opinon from top conservative columnists in it. It's free and if you'd like a trail subscription just send me a note by clicking on my profile pic with your e-mail address. Keep the faith and stay tuned.

Here's one for you guys and gals to watch. Has anybody in the 51st HOD EVER heard from their Delegate? Do you even know who your Delegate Is? Oh, it's the "absentee delegate" huh. Be on the lookout for a New Challenger in the 51st. Real Change, not like the BHO, but real change! Here's a Hint:
He'll be knocking on your door very soon.

Dear Ray,

We appreciate your perspective. Repetition is not necessary. Agree we must work in our HOD district.

Regards,

Hugh

Juanita, HOD District by District, wherever there is a Democrat Delegate, share the problems you are experiencing with the others here. Start a discussion by HOD district Number, for instance 51st HOD seat, held by absentee Democrat.

Wow! Will we ever have our hands full with this project. Where do we start? Everywhere you turn there is another misstep by a Democrat officeholder.
