Americans are totally disgusted with our political system and Representatives (employees) that have swayed from our founding fathers principles.

The Republican Party is equally as guilty in the way America's Government is run. And we, as their employers are also guilty in allowing our employees too much power and control and keep voting them back in office. WHY?

Over the years, both sides of the aisle have been competing for power and spend more time worrying and raising campaign funds and hiring staff that know how to "spin" a negative message into a empty response than doing America's business properly and logically. However, each of those Representatives are very skilled in remaining in power for decades and covering each others butt.

In passing HR 1586 (To impose an additional tax on bonuses received from certain TARP recipients) the 421 Members who voted, violated the U.S. Constitution Article 1 Section 9 Limits on Congress states (in part) "No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed".

What is clearly a problem for America is the requirement to remove Congressional Members from office requires a 2/3 vote. Since we have 421 Representatives who are in violation, with yesterdays vote, in my opinion, the 10 who did not vote are the only Members who can legally vote for the removal of the 421 Members who voted and therefore only need 6 votes to remove those Members who voted.

You may think my way of thinking is out of the question from happening, but it is not. We The People can and will elect Representatives that will truly uphold the U.S. Constitution and we will do this by any means.

Many of us want you to explain as to why with your vote if Yea, on H.R. 1586 was in clear violation of the U.S. Constitution Article 1 Section 9 Limits on Congress states (in part) "No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed".

Yet 421 Representatives clearly had total disregard for upholding your oath that each of you took when sworn into office. The 10 Representatives that did not vote, did not violate the Constitution, therefore shall remain in office.

I remind each of you of the oath you took.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

What is clearly a problem for America, is the requirement to remove Congressional Members from office requires a 2/3 vote drafted and passed by Congress.

We The People, can and will elect Representatives that will truly uphold the U.S. Constitution and we will do this by any means.

The people expect a response and do not want to receive one of your generalization responses. Your vote on HR 1586 shows total disrespect to our Constitution and there is no way any of you can "spin" your way out of this.

Americans will no longer stand aside and remain silent.

America; an experiment that failed? I hope not.

We should all be in agreement that America is on a political track that has not been seen since September 5,1774 when 12 people met in Philadelphia for the First Continental Congress to take immediate action against Britain for almost the same directions Washington is taking today.

Those 12 Patriots knew the action they were taking could cost them their lives. Yet they were willing come together to change and form a different type of Government based on the will of the people.

On April 15, 2009, our voice will be seen and heard around the world as Americans in every city in America participate in the "NATIONAL TEA PARTY" day. http://www.taxdayteaparty.com/

America's principles are still strong as we will speak as one voice, one powerful group, that is willing to stand-up to a Government that shows disrespect to our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, a Government that has attained power beyond what "We the People" have set in place 233 years ago.

America's and our children’s future is at stake and I am asking all Americans to become a Patriot in saving America on April 15, 2009.

To be silent, will be an admission that Americans are willing to succumb to oppression.

It is “WE THE PEOPLE” who can only make the change to have the “freedoms, liberty and equal justice for all.”

Let’s not have America be known in history as the great experimental government failure.

Take the steps to get involved.

I am a new tranplant to Chesterfield County and hope very soon to be a property owner. How is it that I join the Chesterfield County Republicans. I would like to start networking and learning a little bit more about the local politics.
