Hi Roger. I had wanted to do something like this for a while with the Red Dog Express theme but didn't have time with the campaign and other duties so I teamed up with OP Ditch who is the techie and we started this on Friday. RPV Network was OP's idea. As we were working together on an effort to start a permanent Vets coalition for the RPV, this route made sense.
