A resolution is being passed around the Republican National Committee for discussion on a so-called purity test for future candidates that supposedly harks back to the days of former President Ronald Reagan.

I have a history with Oprah Winfrey. Back in the eighties, Oprah and I worked at WJZ-TV, an ABC affiliate TV station in Baltimore. Oprah was co-host with Richard Sher of the local morning talk show, “People Are Talking”. I was a Graphic Designer in the Creative Services/Art department.
