Again, I bring you attention to the live Virginia General Assembly “doings” that will resume tomorrow. The key to turning Virginia “RED” again lies in this body and that of your own local government. Forget the national scene. You’ll just get a “bad stomach”.
Concentrate on how you can help capture a solid majority in the General Assembly and your own local government in those cities and counties that have a reasonable chance come November. It’s the way forward.
Please…

Instead of blowing hot air at one another about “degrees” of what is or makes a “good” Republican, or who is inclusive or who isn’t, or who should be or shouldn’t be, or how far to the center or to the left or to the right the “elephant” should lean, why don’t you take the time to read and study the 2008 Republican Platform. Find out what you support and what you don’t support and then work within our Party to change it to your liking. If you can’t improve on it, then, within your abilities,…

“Staking his claim as an environmental champion, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Brian J. Moran said yesterday that he opposes the construction of a coal-fired power plant in Surry County.
Moran recently came out against drilling for oil off Virginia's coast.”
Can anyone craft and get published an authoritative, counter OPED that would bring favor to Virginia Republican leadership from the general Virginia electorate? Particularly as to the issue of their own and…

Within hours of receiving a petition from campus Republican students, VUL‘s chancery rejected, “out of hand”, a name change from the “University of VUL” to the “University of Tough LUV”.

The other day I counted a train of 150 rail cars making its way through Staunton, Va. In “rough” numbers, it could have been hauling anywhere from 22,650,000 to 28,350,000 lbs of “bulk“, depending on the size of each car. The larger of those two numbers equates to about 630 tractor trailers needed to haul that same “bulk“.

Without the clutter, he’s my position on three
bad ideas being floated for consideration in the current General Assembly Session:
Advocacy T-Shirts in the polling place: The crowd is never but a word away from violence, murder, mayhem, and chaos. Fire! Fire! Fire!
A call for a Constitutional Convention: “Sometimes, when I look at my children, I say to myself -- ‘Lillian, you should have remained a virgin.’” - Lillian Carter (mother of Jimmy Carter) and the…

Here is an opinion with regard to the overall situation within and about our National Public Educational system. Members of RPVNetwork Lawyers group may take exception with its premise. I don’t and ask only: What if all members of the school system were immune from civil action in their performance of their duties? It will never happen: neither will improvement of the Public Education.
