I don't have a street list per se, but there is an interactive map on my web site that you can zoom in on and see the streets: http://www.brettcoffee.com/the-district.html.

There's also a link to a took that allows you to enter any street address and see what legislator district they are in.

Also, everyone in Burke lives in my district, plus the parts of West Springfield, Fairfax and Fairfax Station that you see on the map.
