The meetings are in the Supervisors chambers. If you go in the entrance on the side opposite Rt 1, when you go in the door, you will see a Guard desk. The meeting room is off to the left. Give me a call when you get there if you have trouble finding the room or me.
Great. I will bring a signed form. I will try to be on time or early, but I work up in Ashburn, and sometimes traffic is unpredictaible. You can call me on my cell phone at 703-919-4725 if you get there before I do, and I'll tell you how far away I am. The Chairman is a nice lady named Susan Stimpson. You can go introduce yourself and tell her you have a proxy form coming. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow night.
We will be deciding on the method of nomination for local candidates (4 of the 7 Supervisors will be up for election this year.) We will also discuss the way we will select Delegates to the State Convention in May to select our Governor, Lt Governor, and Attorney General nominees. I'm sure that they will also be discussing the Feb 12th Lincoln/Reagan Dinner (Speaker Newt Gingrich). Unfortunately, you would not be able to vote on anything because we do not vote in new members until the end of the meeting. The only exception is if you have a proxy from someone who will not be attending the meeting. My wife will not be attending, so if you want to attend and vote, we probably still have time to arrange that. Where do you live in Stafford?
