American Freedom Day Tea Party
WHERE AND WHEN
The Prince William County American Freedom Day Tea Party will be held on July 4th from 1 to 4:00 PM. Please join us at the McCoart Administrative Center, 1 Center Complex, Woodbridge, VA 22192. The Center is adjacent to the Prince William Parkway. Click here to get directions.

WHY WE ARE DOING THIS
We are committed to improving the lives of every citizen of this country. We hold these tea parties with the hope that our elected officials will understand that we cannot leave a legacy of debilitating debt to future generations. We must not permit our leaders to embrace socialist policies that could change the face of America forever.

THE ISSUES
Are you fed up with a Congress and a President who:


vote for a $500 billion tax bill without even reading it?
are spending trillions of borrowed dollars, leaving a debt our great-grandchildren will be paying?
consistently give special interest groups billions of dollars in earmarks to help get themselves re-elected?
eliminating or reducing funds for our national security?
have grown our 2009 budget deficit to $1.8 trillion, 50% of the total budget?
run up trillions of dollars of debt and then sell that debt to countries such as China?
want government controlled health care?
refuse to stop the flow of millions of illegal immigrants into our country?
cut death benefits to families of slain police officers and other public safety officers?
want to force doctors and other medical workers to perform abortions against their will?
call our brave military men and women potential terrorists?
want to impose a carbon tax on your electricity, gas and home heating fuels?

If these issues concern you then you really need to participate in the next Taxed Enough Already (TEA) Party on July 4th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
