Michael..we concur on all your points and we'll be slinging arrows in the same direction, friend.

BJ...understood. We need laserbeam focus. We're on the same page, really. I try very hard to actually differentiate on who is working for us, and who needs to go. And I avoid at all cost throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Handled correctly, and promoted as something that 75% of Americans can get behind...despite party...is a win/win situation.
Discouraging some due to party affiliation (despite that they are extremely uncomfortable with fiscal recklessness) is a no-no, as is kicking the real fiscal conservatives in Congress out. We should be bolstering their numbers and keeping a tight leash on their direction -- but tossing them out may be overkill.

First off let me say that my remark was not racist. The hill is not listening to the American People that they say they represent. We, AMERICA, is being threatened everywhere and all that has been discussed is Reforming Healthcare as the most important. The taxes that are going to come with this reform entails will kill jobs even further. I am unemployed and have been for the last year and these taxes are going to stop new job creation. I know this economy as been struggling for years but as you said Daryl, we all need to work together to get jobs back and get the American economy back to what it was. I am not trying to upset anyone just speaking out of frustration.

For most of my life I felt that voting was enough. That was until this past presidential election. It was as if I suddenly could see that we were sold an agenda as if it were a new hamburger at Burger King. My choice has been to get as deeply involved in the election of our representatives as I can. I did everything I could to help Bob, Bill and Ken get elected. I must have put up 2 thousand signs and attended every fundraiser and appearance that they were at. I contacted friends and associates and did what I could to get them involved. I am not saying this for a pat on that back, it is just that we have to really research our candidates well and do what ever we can to get them elected within the law. This year is critical. We must elected people that represent our beliefs and moral standings. I am lucky to have Keith Fimian running for office in my district. Blind spenders like Gerry Connolly must be voted out. Keith Fimian is a hard working, successful businessman who has similar beliefs as us. He is putting himself on the line for us and will make a great Congressman. I suggest that you take a look at him and see what you think. I have had the pleasure of sitting down with him one on one and I like what I see. I will do what I can to get this man elected. When I was at the DC 912 TEA Party I was so proud to be with hundreds of thousands of liked minded Americans. I am hoping that we can grow with honesty and integrity!

Very true Bulletproof, BJ's last statement sounded very racist and derogatory. That is why America truly never became what it can become. It reminds me when it ways said that a two party system would be bad for America anyway. If we look at people that brings about division we will always be trapped with nothing. It is the negative views that has brought forth destruction for all people. Here is another view BJ our economy did not just get effected in the last year. This is something that has been happening and breaking down for years. Let us stop this nick picking, bring jobs back to ALL AMERICANS.

Many of the Republicans are working in our favor. Some are not. I'd suggest a case by case, and the end of generalizations.
I'm excited about the TEA movement, as I have been since I attended the first TEA Party in DC on that miserable rainy day in April.
I made the trip to DC on 912 as well. What I am concerned about is the radical face of some of the participants. Sure, we're all miffed by actions with our taxes, but let's focus on the real problems and deal with them. You'll need the support of the American People to do that, so over-the-top hate and venom isn't going to make that happen. Taking a generalization that every one of a particular group is the enemy won't get us where we need to be.

I am a true republican, and I agree that the Republican Party needs to have a better vision. However BJ what did you mean by your comments? These are the interpretations that we do not need. You should never end your statements like that without defining what you mean. I assume we are all from the same place, we just take different directions.

We all should be working together to take our country back. This bunch currently on the hill and in th White House need to go back to where they came frome

All I can truly advise is that this group does not alienate Republican Committees.
We'll need all hands on deck to make progress, and having certain members of this group purposely alienate a great ally is not the way forward. The County and City mechanisms can give you great candidates and win and hold ground.
Let's all work together.
